TRANSCRIPTION

Our transcriptionist reports that the Scribe control bar has disappeared. 

What could be the issue?

The most common issue is that he/she has resized the Windows box that contained the program.  Reset the program to its old setting, and the box should reappear.

If this doesn't work, it is possible that he/she has moved the box outside the view of the monitor.  Try increasing the monitor's resolution.  If you can see the box, drag it back into place and change the monitor's resolution back to before.
